at extreme cashmere we're looking for a e-commerce store operations & customer service specialist to join our team.

we are looking for someone detail-oriented and service-minded to look after our customers and keep our shopify store running smoothly.

the role

you’ll handle the day-to-day operations of our online store and are the first point of contact for our customers. you’ll keep everything accurate and up to date across all markets, upload new products and collections with care and make sure customer interactions reflect our brand.

• upload all new products: product descriptions, imagery, pricing, tags and metadata

• maintain catalogue accuracy: update listings, manage stock visibility and keep all information consistent across markets

• prepare and execute collection launches: content checks, links, store readiness

• support market-specific localization: language, pricing and availability settings for each shopify market

• flag technical issues or content errors to the senior e-commerce manager customer service

• handle customer enquiries via email and other channels

• navigate internal systems to look up orders, shipping, returns and product availability

• process returns, exchanges and refunds in line with our policies and in coordination with logistics

• escalate complex cases appropriately, keeping the customer informed

• log and track customer feedback to support continuous improvement cross-functional support

• coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team on fulfilment and delivery

• help improve internal processes and documentation

who you are

• 2+ years in an e-commerce, retail operations or customer service role

• familiar with shopify or similar platforms

• strong attention to detail

• clear, professional written communication in english

• comfortable working across multiple systems and switching between tasks

• genuinely service-minded

• organized, reliable and proactive

• an interest in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus

• dutch is a plus but not required
