executive assistant to the founder & the managing director
who we are
extreme cashmere builds an ongoing cashmere collection, a wardrobe that grows edition by edition without being tied to seasons or trends. these editions are for every body and everybody. we create long-lasting garments that surprise with shape, color and detail. luxury, for us, is the feeling of something done exactly right, essential and transformative in ways that are hard to explain and easy to feel.
what you’ll do
calendar and diary management
you’ll own and align both agendas end to end, plan weeks ahead and protect focus time and travel time.
travel and logistics
you’ll plan international travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, appointments on the ground and clear itineraries. you’ll build trips that make sense commercially, leaving room for the unexpected.
meetings, cadence and follow-up
you’ll run the leadership rhythm: management team meetings, unit reviews, board and investor sessions, offsites. you’ll prepare agendas and briefing material, capture decisions and actions and chase them until they are closed.
inbox and communication
you’ll manage incoming mail, filter what matters and answer directly where you can in the voice of the person you are writing for, in english and ideally in dutch. you’ll be the first point of contact for partners, suppliers, agencies and candidates.
events, guests and hospitality
you’ll organize showroom visits, market appointments, press and partner moments, dinners and team gatherings hosted by the founder or the managing director.
