we are looking for a head of pr & marketing to shape how the world sees, feels and experiences extreme cashmere.
the role
this is a senior, cross-functional, dynamic position. you’ll report to the creative director and work alongside the founder, but you’ll be in close, ongoing contact with every part of the business — creative, sales, retail and e-commerce. you’ll ensure every campaign, activation and press moment supports both the brand and the business. you carry your own p&l and know how to make a focused budget deliver meaningful, impactful results.
what you’ll do
brand building & campaigns
develop and execute the pr & marketing plan that builds long-term brand loyalty. lead campaigns from initial brief to rollout in close collaboration with the creative director, making sure that every touchpoint really reflects the brand’s aesthetic and positioning.
community
build a strategy that makes our loyal international customer base an even more deeply engaged community. define how we nurture relationships beyond anything transactional — through events, clienteling, digital touchpoints and partnerships with people who feel truly extreme.
pr & agency leadership
lead and manage all pr and marketing agencies: set the strategy, share concise briefs, create and track clear kpis for these partners. steer press relationships internationally, landing meaningful coverage in the titles and channels that matter to us.
store & retail activation
bring our stores and wholesale doors to life. design and produce activations and events that bring our world into the physical world. work closely with the sales and retail teams to ensure each activation supports us commercially and on a brand level.
who you are
• 7+ years in pr and/or marketing, ideally in fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle, with several years at a senior level
• international experience across multiple markets
• proven p&l or budget ownership
• a track record of building communities
• experienced in leading agencies: briefing, steering and holding them accountable
• strong retail instinct
• understanding of how to drive loyalty through physical activations
• an excellent communicator, equally comfortable with press, partners, retail teams and leadership
• a great eye for aesthetics, with the judgment to balance brand integrity with commercial impact
• fluent in english; additional languages welcome
