about the job

we are looking for an experienced wholesale account manager to support and expand our wholesale business across the DACH and Benelux regions. representing a luxury fashion house, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with top-tier retailers, driving sustainable growth, and safeguarding the brand’s positioning, exclusivity, and image across all distribution channels.

the responsibilities

  • manage and elevate relationships with key luxury accounts (department stores, high-end boutiques, premium e-commerce partners)

  • drive sell-in and sell-through performance in line with brand objectives

  • lead seasonal business reviews with a focus on qualitative and quantitative growth

  • ensure strict alignment with brand distribution strategy and partner adjacencies

  • travel in the region to visit partners and host brand’s training

  • support regional events, trunk shows, and key industry moment

  • present seasonal collections during pfw

  • curate assortments in collaboration with buyers to reflect local market nuances while maintaining global brand consistency

  • monitor competitor activity, pricing architecture, and evolving consumer trends

  • provide structured market feedback

key requirements

  • significant experience in luxury fashion wholesale or key account management

  • established network within luxury retail across DACH and/or Benelux

  • strong understanding of wholesale distribution, pricing strategy, and brand elevation

  • proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving profitable growth

  • exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with a high level of cultural awareness

  • willingness to travel extensively within the region

  • languages: fluent in english (required), fluent in dutch, german strongly preferred
